    While this course is designed for infants in their first year, you'll find tips that are applicable for older kids as well.

While every baby is different and we can’t promise you’ll get a full night of sleep every night, we know that with the concepts and resources introduced in this course, you’ll have the tools you need to help your baby sleep better (and you too).
